Kanha Worldwide LLP was established in 2025 as a subsidiary of VrindKanha Cotprint Pvt. Ltd., an export-oriented processor of printed and dyed woven home textile fabrics. Promoted by the Kanha Exim Group — a three-decade-old textile conglomerate led by Mr. Balmukund Agarwal — the company brings over 40 years of deep industry expertise to every product.

The group's strategic acquisition of the woven fabric processing units of Hemlines Textile Export Pvt. Ltd. enabled seamless integration from raw fabric processing to finished home textile products — creating a truly end-to-end manufacturing capability.
